Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Industry: Creator economy, digital platform, adult industry.
Location: Berlin, with regular trips to Paris
Company size: Startup in scale-up phase. 65 employees
Reporting to: Head of Sales

Your Job 😎

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified Creator leads across specific verticals and geographical areas
Recruit top-tier creators in the adult content industry, for Germany, the UK, and Northern Europe
Develop contact strategies, leveraging various communication channels (phone, email, social media DMs, WhatsApp)
Qualify inbound leads, gather insights, and identify new recruitment opportunities
Attend key industry events and trade shows to network and onboard influential creators
Optimize recruitment processes and provide feedback to internal teams (Product, Customer)
Participate in creating and scaling a dedicated SDR team to support company growth

Your Profile 💁‍♂️

Experience: Previous experience in the adult industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends. Familiarity with influencer agencies and monetization platforms is a plus
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, expertise in social media, and analytics focused on video platforms
Mindset: Hunter mentality, proactive, challenge-driven, and adaptable
Languages: Fluency in English and German; French is a bonus
Bonus: Familiarity with key European adult trade shows
